Very nice area, quiet no hassle. Rooms are very clean and staff is extremely nice. Does offer a breakfast buffet but not what you think. This was the only down fall I found for this hotel. Breakfast buffet is extra charges $9 for bread and fruit or $11 with eggs and meat. Not worth it go down the road a... More

I stayed here for business in April, 2012. The location was perfect for me since the conference was at the Mayo Clinic. The buffet breakfast was very nice. Most of the visitors at the hotel were patients and their family members. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the air conditioner in room. Every time it... More

I am a patient at the Mayo Clinic and stayed her recently when I had some treatments scheduled. I've stayed here before and it was just okay, but this time, things were much improved. The hotel was cleaner and friendlier and the stay was an overall pleasant experience. It is very convenient to the Clinic, which is a plus. Used... More

When rating a property I believe it should include the room, location, amenities and staff. Stayed here 5 nights while visiting the Mayo Clinic. Based on some reviews I almost did not, am glad that I followed instinct. Older Courtyard scheduled for a remodel later this summer. Currently-nice rooms, standard issue bathrooms, some room locations better than others as is... More

The hotel was very clean and tidy. It is in a remote or secluded are next to the Mayo Clinic and is set up to handle patients from the Clinic. Alot of families were staying at this hotel during the 3rd weekend of March 2012. Restaurant and heated salt water pool at the hotel. Free internet provided (wire & wireless).... More

Currently staying at this hotel while husband having tests at Mayo Clinic, therefore he needs some sleep. First night here slept very little as sounded as though there was an elephant in the room above us that was up all night. Yesterday morning asked if that person would be there last night- if so we wanted to change rooms. They... More

I stayed at the Courtyard for business. While convenient to Mayo Clinic, it doesn't seem worth the money. The beds are very uncomfortable, the breakfast is expensive yet plain, and the cost was fairly expensive ($140). I'll definitely try staying elsewhere on my next visit considering the price and what I could get elsewhere.

Hotel was ok but because it was beside the Mayo Clinic there was a lot of sick people there. I do have compassion for them, but it wasn't the hotel environment I hoped for on a vacation.

I'm a long term fan of Marriott hotels and spa resorts. I stayed here because it was close to my conference. I loved my suite. The bedroom was separate from the kitchen and front living room. I had a queen bedroom. I stayed for 4 days and it was lovely. There was a full breakfast bar and the front desk... More
