A great location combined with excellent service. Rooms were clean (dated, but clean enough) and 4th Floor Grill was good place for a quick bite (ribs were great, however wouldn't recommend the cheese dip as it was horrible). My Husband & I loved this place. the room had a very relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed the welcome coctails we received. Our favorite was relaxing by the pool with the morning paper and a hot breakfast as there were tables all around the pool in the shade.

Went in January and the best part about the place was the weather. The Hotel is a sprawling facility that hosts conferences. Just got home after 5 days at Chaparral. The staff were hard working, friendly, and very accommodating. Thank you so much! I loved my room and the grounds. It was beautiful and clean and a great introuduction to Arizona.

First time to this Resort. In May, the Desert flowers were in bloom what a picture prefect surroundings! It is clean, comfortable, so welcoming and affordable. Resort is older but well managed.
