Loved this resort & casino and would definitely stay there again. I was told that we would have a sleep number bed, but unfortunately we didn't have that in our room. The pillows looked fluffy, but by the time you place your head on it, it was flat as a pancake. It wasn't too bad. I just wished we had... more

I booked a couple of weeks in advance to insure a room with a spa tub and jr. suite. Am here now and have two more nights in a mediocre room. I was told that the desk clerk, Pam, would speak to the manager about an upgrade, but due to a personal emergency, she is unavailable, and haven't heard from... more

You get a front row view of the Fireworks Show the Casion puts on. The best in the valley. The Resort is beautiful, the staff is the best, the rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. They treat you with respect. The food is good, the pools are clean and the spa is great. Only thing we don't care for are... more

Came here for a work conference in the middle of summer! The hotel is a 30 minute drive from the airport and is in the middle of nowhere. I think we were pretty much the only group at the hotel since it was ~115F every day! The hallways were cooler than outside, ~85F and the rooms tried to be cool... more

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with very friendly employees from the valet to check in. Our room was very nice, clean, and the bed was terrific with down pillows. Our room included breakfast, which was a plus. The restaurant was very nice and also served starbucks coffee (another plus.) I have stayed at many 5 star hotels... more

Great hotel at a fabulous price. Nice new rooms, great restaurants and pools. The staff were very friendly and accommodating - would stay there again. Don't let the negative reviews of sleep number beds put you off. Based on other reviews I was concerned about the beds but once I figured out the right setting it was great - no... more

We returned last week from our 2 week stay at this Hotel where we have had one of our best hotels ever. Fantastic service from all the staff and great value for money. We booked the junior suite with a connecting room which gave us plenty of space for a family of 5. This is a great base to tour... more

It takes some effort to get here, off the beaten path from Scottsdale, but well worth the extra 20 minutes or so it takes to drive here from the 101-Scottsdale area. The mountains and scenery are awesome. The pool area is nice, although the music being played is kept to low to barely hear. They charge over $6 for a... more

This hotel is very nice hotel in the outskirts of Phoenix. The premises are very impressive. The room was very clean. I believe wireless internet was not included, and was an extra fee. Beware of extra fees, though. They will try and charge you for using certain facilities or snack bars even if you did not, since the facilities are... more

This place was wonderful. I actually ended up here after I checked in and immediately checked out of another hotel in Scottsdale (yes, the other hotel was just that bad!). So I worked with the third-party company and found a good rate at Radisson Fort McDowell & Casino and I am SO glad I did! I'd had a harried and... more
