Travelled for two weeks in and around Phoenix and stayed at three Hampton Inns. Sedona, Scottsdale, Mesa. Each one was great. Staff was friendly every time. Prices varied from $89 - $179. Spent several days at this Hampton Inn and found it to be a good value. Very good continental breakfast and convenient to many spring training parks, the purpose of our visit to Arizona. I would recommend this Hampton Inn as all Hampton Inns are usually a pretty safe bet. more

This Hampton Inn is a somwehat below average and overpriced. That's an unfortunate combination. This is a smaller Hampton Inn located well off the convenient freeway loop that encircles the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. It's approximately 27 miles from the Phoenix airport. We stayed here recently for two nights Oct 14-Oct16, 2006 because we had to attend a wedding in Gainey Ranch Golf Club last Sunday. The breakfasts used to be better; they used to serve fresh fruit. Now the fruit is still frozen in the morning and tastes like it is about 2 weeks old. more

If you don't mind not being woke up at your designated time. If you don't mind having a blurry television reception. If you don't mind not being able to rent Pay-4-View movies. If you don't mind not being able to correct your bill at checkout time. Then Hampton Inn Scottsdale at Shea Avenue would be the place for you. more
