Stayed here for 2 nights. Great room! Beds were comfy! Room was huge! And Monica at the front desk had a great sense of humor and very helpful!

This was the cleanest, nicest Motel 6 I have ever seen. it had a really nice lobby, very helpful desk clerk. The room was really comfortable. I can recommend this! We stayed 2 nights and felt it was well worth the price. Also pet friendly, although watch out for the pine tar balls under the trees in the back.

The rooms were clean, the hallways and property were well kept and the lady at the front desk was the icing on the cake! She was cheerful and somehow through our conversation, she felt like family! I have 726 friends on Facebook and shared my experience with them and I was in charge of finding accommodations for our 25th class... More

We stayed here for the weekend of Valentines day 2010, we went snowboarding and by the time we got back to our hotel we had plenty of warm coffee, coca, good breakfast the next day, a great and clean room, and the hot tub was the best. Would recommend an indoor pool.

We stayed at the Bear for two nights recently. The check-in was friendly if not very knowledgeable. The property is older and could use an upgrade. We had some concerns as our room was next to the outside door on the second floor but the room was very quiet. The beds are ok but the linens older and worn. Same... More

Booked this hotel on a last minute trip decision to ski Sunrise, other choices were sold out for the night. Apprx. 3 hr drive to Pinetop from Tempe via Rt 60. Plenty of fast food choices along main drags in Show Low and Pine top (McDonalds, Taco Bell, jack in Box, etc). Hotel has circular drive can pull up to... More

This was our second time at the Bear Mountain Inn and will probably stay there again next weekend. We really love having the fireplace in our room. The king size bed is very comfortable. Just a couple of small problems, nothing that is a deal breaker. They do have a problem with the stairs...(they really should fix it before someone... More

The good news is the rooms are large, include a fireplace, free internet and a very basic breakfast. However the outside stairs were crumbling cement and a safety hazard. The sofa sleeper looked dirty, smelled bad, and was uncomfortable to sit on. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. They were replacing the flooring in the rooms, so... More

I had read a review on this motel that was not exactly flattering, so I was a little unhappy about having been booked there, but when we arrived, i was very pleasantly surprised. The room was large and had a real fireplace, all ready to set a match to. It was very clean and had a comfortable king size bed.... More
