An improvement from last time is that I had a new LCD tv and the WiFi is now free. Very helpful. Staff is helpful and accommodating when something is requested. Its convenience to St. Joe's hospital is my reason for staying here as I could actually walk to the hospital from the hotel.

The hotel is ok if you make sure you get the non smoking room. We chose the extended stay on Black Canyon Highway (off of Peoria Ave) because we were visiting in Surprise Az and in Mesa Az and it was located in the Center. It could use updating but it has everything you need...great bed, handy kitchen, weekly cleaning, laundry, pool.

Absolutely horrible! Old dirty towels in the bathroom. Everything was dirty. The dishes, the bathroom, the furniture. It smelt horrible. It was unswept & un-vacuumed. This hotel is close to St. Joesph's Hospital on W. Thomas Rd. and 7th. It is perfect for family members who are staying most of their day at the hospital. They have special rates for hospital stays. Was here on bussiness for over a month and was treated great by the staff. Bathrooms were a bit dated but clean and the room itself was clean and also dated. Great place for extended stays. Please note that they do not change the bath towels and linens.

Looks nice from the outside, but after that, things did not go well. Odors offended my nose as soon as I walked in the door. I couldn't identify it but my partner said "dirty diapers." The hallway smells like trash and my room was filthy. I was supposed to stay a second night but I couldn't get out of there fast enough. STAY AWAY.

Worst Hotel ever, Had to wait an hour to checking because the front doors where locked for guest protection, no one at the front desk until 7am, room where very dirty and smelly, found syringes in the shower, used towels, looked like it has not been cleaned in a month. hard beds, light out. dirty pool. just all around bad!!!
