We stay here once a year on the night before we fly out of Phoenix. As others have noted, the shuttle service is great. After dinner, we return the rental car, go to the airport and call for the hotel shuttle. The next morning we can relax, have breakfast and take the shuttle back to the airport before our flight.... more

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night at Sleep Inn and would stay there again. Staff was especially helpful. Appreciated the discount card for use in the restaurant at the Hilton. Breakfast was nice as were the rates. more

Only one star rating, but 3 star service. Small things like nicely folded toiletpaper and tissues make you smile and show that this hotel values its customers en wants to give them something extra. Great shower. Nice breakfast. This hotel was the nicest surprise of our twoweek holiday in the Western part of the USA. more

This was a great place to stay while awaiting a flight for the next morning. Very clean, quick shuttle since it is so close to the airport, free internet and free breakfast. Can't go wrong. more

I travel a lot and I have to watch the cost. This hotel was in a good spot, right between Phoenix and Tempe and the price was great. I liked their breakfast and I liked the showers...they had two nozzles so you felt really refreshed. The staff was great and I will be coming bsck. more

Great location as it's a few minutes away from the airport. The free shuttle is awesome! The shuttle driver is great and very helpful at all times. I found what looked like a tick, or bedbug on my pillow the morning of my departure. The desk was kind enough to only charge me 1/2 price for the night. The room also smelled musty and the long dark hairs on the sheets definitely were not mine. more

Typical Sleep Inn motel, this one is close to the airport but not to close to be affected by plane traffic, I hired a car and the transfer journey is less than 10 minutes.
