Their shuttle was the one used by the parking companies ,but worked. On arrival I found a dead cockroach in the bathroom, and later another still alive in the breakfast room.
I asked why the sheets were so grey and dingy and was told they,had hard water and found difficulty washing them,; other hotels did not.
