I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in February, 2012, and the staff was very friendly, but the neighborhood and the people around the hotel were of questionalbe character. I was concerned about the safety of my car and myself. It is the biggest facility in the United States that Motel 6 has, I was told by the clerk.... More

I was looking for a place to sleep nearby the airport. I didn't care too much about amenities or decor. But hey, the place is full of drug addicts. Used condoms in the stairway. I ran away from this place as fast as I could.

Worst Motel 6 I ever stayed at. Got in late and was trying to stay a bit outside downtown Phoenix to be on the safe side. I didn't know the area and wasn't even expecting much when I arrived. The room was shabby. When I went to sleep, I was awoken by a phone call from whom I thought was... More

OK, you can't really expect anything fancy for $30, but somehow I did expect little more. The room was very basic, but mainly clean. The nearby highway was very noisy and the single windows of the room were not able to keep that noise outside, thus resulting to a rather badly slept night. The staff at the reception, however, was... More

It's cheap, it's a bed & a shower and COLD A/C. It's right off the freeway and for $30, can you REALLY complain? We got here a little past midnight a couple days ago and the staff was way nice and even though I had to wait in line in the blistering heat, I was in my room within a... More

This hotel is perhaps an older property but the friendly service and helpfulness of all the staff is the Best. No matter what I asked for they were there to help. Denise, Melissa, and Able the security guard were especially helpful! The price was certainly right for a no frills accomodation. Restaurants are not too far away on major streets.... More

We expected Motel 6 to be basic but we were not prepared for the awfulness of this one. The room appeared very dirty and the bed linen - if it had been changed - was full of holes and stained. I feel sorry for the Motel 6s which try - we have stayed in some- but the brand is totally... More

I was tired of driving around phoenix and hotels in this area are not easily found. I should have noticed how close the interstate was. The doors are thin and cinder block walls couldn't block out the roaring all night traffic noise. That combined with car alarms, honking, noisy AC, cigarette drenched bed linens (non-smoking room) made for a horrendous... More

Quite possibly the worst motel I've ever seen. Cinder-block walls, no telephone, no remote, burned carpet, sigrate burned furniture &c. Not only is the place cash-only, you also have to sign a waiver promising that you will not take illegal drugs. We stayed only for the novelty of sleeping in a crack-motel (makes for great stories). there were ants all... More
