New Management impossible to work with when there is a problem. Have stayed there numerous times in the past, I should have quit long before the last stay. Common Elevators not working. Never an upgrade if you are a hilton member. On previous stay coworkers purse stolen from the room. Another stay the rap music (cursing) played loudly in the... more

We are HH members and always stay at Embassy Suites due to the clean rooms and great accommodations. I had a surprise birthday trip for the wife and special needs daughter on this occasion. We checked in on 11/20/09 with Brandy Gutherie who had an unfriendly demeanor. Brandy gave us two drink and breakfast vouchers for the wife and me.... more

I am an experienced business and now leisure traveler. I often visit Phoenix and have stayed many time at this property. Not any more. Stayed 4 nights. No elevator, no laundry room, 2nd day when I came back to embassy suites mu room front door wasn't closed. It goes on and on, lamp didn't work, 1 coffee cup for 2... more

When travelling with my family, we usually stay at Embassy Suites. The atrium has been covered in previous stays in multiple cities, and the rooms have been quiet. The bathrooms typically are between the outer room (w/ the sofa bed) and the main bedroom, and are usually complete bathrooms. The TVs have been upgraded to flat panels, and the furniture... more

There is a reason that of the Embassy Suites in the area, this property is the most "affordable." As others have stated, the rooms are in need of desperate renovation and updating. The hotel staff (especially the front desk personnel during check in) needs to have a remidial course in professionalism and treating guests (especially Diamond members) with dignity and... more

I stayed just one night at the Embassy Suites (44th Street location at the airport) because we were traveling to Sedona for the weekend. Because my friend has Hilton Diamond status, we were upgraded to a nicer suite which included a jacuzzi bathtub in the room. We arrived quite late at night, but check-in was quick and efficient. Our room... more

I travel to Phoenix and the southern half of Arizona regularly--usually stay at other places, but decided to give this a whirl--yes, because of the price. Rooms need a facelift but were clean. Public spaces were quite a bit more appealing than rooms, nice southwestern decor gave a sense of place that I like in hotels. It was a weekend,... more

This hotel needs renovation desperately. The AC system in both my room and my co-workers rooms were awful. I had to get them to move me (and that was a struggle) and though the AC was quieter, it still didn't work. Though I complained nicely, no one really cared. Not once did I receive an apology. When I returned home,... more

We stayed at Embassy Suites to participate in the AMS convention in downtown Phoenix, but did not want to stay in amongst the tall buildings of the city. We took a chance and we are the happiest we have ever been with a decision. The staff are among the friendliest we have ever met at a Hotel, and that goes... more

Even though this hotel is a three star it delivers a five star service! The suites are great, the staff are incredibly friendly and the food is outstanding. They have a made to order breakfast which is phenomenal. The desert botanical gardens are impressive, the pool is perfect but the sun goes behind the building around 16:00. Business center facilities... more
