The website told me the hotel had just been renovated. No way! The room smelled moldy, the carpet was old and dirty. The tile was coming off in the bathroom. The bed mattress was old and not comforable at all. The plumbing was terrible! You are alternatedly cold or scalded with hot water even without changing the dial on the... More

Since I am a travel agent, and my clients wanted a hotel in mid town of Phoenix, AZ, I booked them with this hotel for the price and location. My client later called to tell me that room was molding smelling room I have myself stayed at Days Inn, and so did my client, this hotel needs upgrading if they... More

The hotel does not have mold! Sometimes there is a smell from cigarettes in a non-smoking room which the hotel normally uses its ozone machine to cure. If asked the hotel would have been happy to switch rooms for the guest. More

The hotel has apologized to the guest. There was an unruly sales group in the hotel at the time and they will not be permitted to return. The hotel has security on site 24 hours. More

I have pretty low standards for budget motels. I want a clean non smelly room, to feel safe in the parking lot and a minimum amount of customer service. If I have those I'm good. The Days Inn Camelback failed all those tests. My non smoking room smelled of smoke, had a broken shower curtain rod, chipped moldy sink etc..... More

The hotel is sad that the guest did not have a good experience. It should be noted, however, that the largest source of business to the hotel is repeat customers and that the hotel enjoys the highest level of repeat business of all economy hotels in the area. More

I stayed at Days Inn a few weeks ago and had a great time. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and no hassles with parking. It was a short walk to the light rail which made for easy and safe commuting to bars downtown. Never used the breakfast because it ends too early, but had dinner in the restaurant... More

This hotel is located on a busy road close to amenities (stores, restaurants, car hire) and is right next to one of the light rail stations. That means it will cost you only USD 1.75 to get here from the airport (much cheaper than a taxi at USD 30-35) - you need to take the free airport shuttle to 44th/Washington... More

This hotel appears to have been a nice property a couple decades ago, and the sad thing is it could still be pleasant, but maintenance needs to be addressed. I'm sure management could resolve all the issues we noticed if they put a little TLC into the property. First, the pool area was lovely, it is one of the rare... More

A basic hotel and we didn't feel it was in the best location. Alot of police about and people hanging around on street corners? I wouldn't walk around at night! It is only a 15 mins drive from the airport which is why we stayed there. The hotel it's self was OK. standard room and you do get a breakfast... More
