Parking is valet only - $23/day. Attendants were very quick and friendly Lobby was nice and modern. Quick check-in. Rest of the hotel is a little worn down - carpeting, elevators, rooms, etc. They didn't have a fridge in my room as promised, but they quickly brought it when I called the front desk. Room has free internet, but the... more

I had originally chosen a different hotel, but because of an online special, I got two nights at the Wyndham instead of one at the other hotel for just a few dollars more. I read the other Wyndham reviews with trepidation, but figured for the price, we could try it out and see for ourselves. A big draw was that... more

I stayed here for about a week for a conference in OCT. I had to change my room three times because of trash and cleanliness issues. I had a charge on my bill that I did not make and the staff became argumentative over it when asked... No matter what you do, double-check their early check out policies. No matter... more

First room was a joke - dirty, stains, no alarm clock, dirty walls, - front desk gave me another room which was perfect (hotel is under some form of room renovations) ask for a newer room. Internet (Free service) is a joke...almost as slow as a dial up... someone said for a "fee" you could get faster internet service -... more

I stayed at the Wyndham for about a week while in town for a conference. The lobby was nice and the room was very clean and looks to have been recently updated. Everything in between though - the elevators and hallways - showed their age and seemed a bit worn. The workout room was on the smallish side for the... more

Good Day, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at our hotel. I wanted to let you know that the Downtown Phoenix Area is in the middle of a revitalization project that is going to to develop the downtown portion of the city to a urban mecca, including shopping destinations, a grocery market and multiple urban housing developments. Currently...

I read some of the more negative reviews and, if I had only stayed at this hotel once in the past week, I would have thought the other reviewers were being too harsh. Except I didn't stay just once. I stayed again just five days later and it was a very different feeling. Our first trip out was excellent. Jacob... more

Another reviewer was not kidding here; there is a huge air gap -- and ceramic tile -- below the doors so the person beside me sounds like he is IN my room. Every cough, belch (or worse), phone conversation, and TV program is reproduced -- maybe even amplified a bit. The main door has the same issue, so I hear... more

I stayed in room 1116. The room was very basic for the price, the bathroom had bright lime green walls. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Parking was an additional $23/night. We could hear noise from street and other suites and the hallway at nighttime. The swimming pool appeared dirty and so did the patio... more

I would like to start off by saying that the place was good overall. Not too many complaints from me. I will honestly tell you that there are better hotels around that particular area in which I have stayed prior to my stay here. I thought it was a little overpriced or maybe that there are plenty of nice hotels... more
