I have been staying here once a month for the last year and a half. In a nutshell, it is a nice hotel with a great front desk. The rooms are not fancy, but they are always clean and usually pretty quiet. The attached full-service Health Club is a big plus. I agree it is a "solid" place; not fancy,... More

We've always been happy with Hilton Garden Inns and have appreciated the "familiar" feel of them. This one, however, was entirely disappointing! The rooms felt old and dated, with stained carpeting, crumbling ceiling in the bathroom, old fixtures, uncomfortable dated furniture, and absolutely no freebies (i.e. breakfast or afternoon snacks). Breakfast was way over-priced and poorly staffed. Our room wasn't... More

Stayed for the first time last week and enjoyed it so much I am considering making in my home base during a prolonged relocation to PHX. Yes this place has its quirks, with several different buildings in the property. Mine was a Cabana King overlooking the pool/palm trees. Room was huge, nice balcony with table and chairs, etc. Bedding was... More

This is a nice hotel and most of the staff is friendly. They try very hard to make the guest comfortable. The shuttle driver and bartender go out of their way tomake people feel welcome. The shuttle service is very dependable. The wait staff at breakfast are friendly too. However, it's a long walk to the room with luggage through... More

I just returned from staying there, and this place was a pretty good option. Just a block off the 'main drag.' Parking is across the street, and the front desk will give you passes if you ask. There's a little cafe across the street and the food is awesome. The hotel has breakfast - for $12 you could have access... More

We've had an extended conference session at this hotel and I am disappointed in the services, some of the attitude, and the poor parking situation. Wifi isn't designed for high usage either. We've been having issues everyday. For the most part, staff is friendly, although there have been a few that seem jaded and cold when asked for help. The... More

The location of this place is hard to find and trying to locate their parking lot is not any easier, especially when you pull up to the hotel and one of the employees just stares at you and your car and doesn't even ask of you need help. The front desk person who checked me in was very unfriendly and... More

This is clearly an older hotel - not one of the newer Garden Inns that you seen by airports and interstate exits. So the rooms are small and the carpet pretty worn. There was mildew on the grout in the shower. But the beds and pillows were comfortable and staff was friendly. There's no free breakfast, but the breakfast in... More

Parking free across street from hotel, good. Lobby nice and open and clean, front desk guy ok. Stayed in tower floor 5 quiet clean and nice, a business class room with desk, free internet, fridge, microwave, bathroom clean and nice. Beds were awesome, so comfortable. Location was ok midtown Phoenix 10 mins to Downtown ASU campus and 5 mins to... More

I stay in Hamptons and HGI's because they are pretty standard. This HGI was a little dated. My room was right off the elevator and faced the pool - it was extremely loud there due to proximity, I believe, to the service closet on the floor. I had breakfast one morning - service was HORRIBLE. I actually left no tip,... More

Thank you so much for your comments about your recent stay with us. We are always striving to be better and we take all reviews seriously. We understand that our hotel is ready for an updated look and Management is working on that! We feel terrible about the service you received in the restaurant and appropriate action will be taken...
