We stay here every time we go to Phoenix. For the price, it's everything you could ask for! It has super clean rooms, microwave, satellite TV, ironing board and iron, free internet. The rooms are pretty spacious especially if you get a room with 2 beds. Location couldn't be better, and parking is free. Walk 4 blocks and you're at... More

Clean and efficient, met our needs perfectly. Convenient to both the State capitol building and US Airways Arena. Nothing fancy but very comfortable. Only a $4.00 cab ride from US Airways Arena. We will definitely be back. More

We needed to place close to US Airway Arena that wasn't pricey. This was walking distance to the Arena. Very friendly management. More

I'm not going to blow smoke and say that it was anywhere near the best place I've ever stayed, but it was more than adequate for my needs, and the location was well suited to my needs. The hotel is on the edge of the downtown area, which is kind of upscale urban decay. Not terrible, but not really attractive,... More

I have stayed here 4 times now over the past 2 years. My 9 yes old son and I go to Phoenix for sporting events in the downtown PHX venues several times a year. While there are bigger, plusher resort properties in the near vicinity, none of them are cleaner, safer or more accommodating. The owner, Dan, always remembers us.... More

I stay here every time I come to Phoenix, 4-6 times a year. This hotel delivers all of the basic living necessities that you will need on your trip to Phoenix, large comfortable bed, cable TV, plus a microwave, refrigerator, and WiFi for no extra charge. This hotel is in a downtown location that doesn't look that fantastic and it's... More

Not bad... Friendly staff... Im used to vacationing in fine resorts and hotels, so I may not be the right eprson to rate this place. We stayed here since our friends recommended it, and we wanted to make this a low-cost outdoors vacation. We were staying the night and passing through to Sedona and Grand Canyon, so we decided to... The 5 stars is based on a Budget Classification. However, this motel is an excellent value. We were in Phoenix for the Arizona R&R Marathon. Our second floor room tucked away just past the far stairway was absolutely spotless. My sinuses and lungs are very sensitive to strong odors and particulates (disinfectants, latent smoke, etc.) and I was so very... More

I stayed here for 7 nights and it was a very comfortable, clean stay with a friendly staff. The room was clean and had a microwave & fridge. Wireless internet & all other amenities were very good. This hotel is very close to the convention center (4-5 blocks) and close to other attractions. The price and quality is very good... More
