Unfortunately we stayed 2 nights at this motel. Bout a hour in to our stay the toilet over flooded, the room furniture was run down, scratched, the room had a disgusting odor, the bed was hard & very dirty, the door lock was loose & the air conditioner was missing the cover. <- this was all in the first room... We booked our room through Priceline and were very excited by the price we received. We contacted the hotel directly to request (2) beds in the room. We were informed that there was a $10 upgrade fee for that type of room. We were also informed that there was a sofa bed in the room we had, so it could... More

Staff was very nice and helpful, but the place is very run down and dirty. If you want to save a few bucks, it's OK. I wouldn't stay here with kids due to the other guests this place attracts. Vans full of magazine "salesmen" were there obviously drunk or high. Cigarette butts and beer cans littered the walkways and parking... More

Good place if you want to make a quick overnight trip to Phoenix. Business trips only pls. Average room quality. But was at a convenient location w.r.t my place of work. Close to the airport, so you can afford skipping the rental car. More

Stayed here for 2 nights with family....On 1st impressions outside of the hotel looked good. Our room however looked well lived in, furniture was scratched and looked old. Carpet was dirty. Some of the untensils in the kitchen were also dirty. A few of the electrical fittings were broken. One light switch in particular was loose and hard to switch... More

The area was safe, and just across the street from shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Our room was clean and ready on time for us to check in (as promised @ 3:00pm). The pool was great also! More

We normally don't stay at 2 star hotels but did so this time simply because we had to change our flights at the last minute and got into Phoenix very late and just needed a place to crash. I've made the "just need a place to crash" 2-star mistake before and at first I thought I made it again. Upon... More

My company booked me into the ESA on E Oak because of the low cost. They paid $60/night. Sign out front when I checked in said "rooms from $35. Desk clerk was very accommodating and put me in an "executive King corner room" - the biggest and best. King bed, Pull out sofa bed, desk; tiny but adequate bath room... More

Our reason for being in Phoenix was for our father having heart surgery at Banner Good Samaritan. The hotel had a nice exterior and well lit parking area. Our rooms were roomy, clean and suited our needs very well for the price. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We definately recommend for families who need a hotel when they have... More

The extended stay concept is what it is. If you set your expectations reasonably, then this is a great property. The rooms are modern, clean and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped (the only exception is a cooking stove -- only a stovetop and microwave). The airport shuttle is a big help. Staff were friendly if a bit harried. If... More
