The cars, heavy gold chain jewelry, tattoos, scary people, foul language from many different people in various places in the hotel tell me that the place is a pimp, drug using, prostitution business. The place smells bad with smoke and mold. The carpets are filthy. Exterior looks and photos are deceiving. Don't let your kids out of the room alone. More

For an extended stay hotel this property is excellent. Staff always very friendly at check-in, rooms are large and outfitted well (could upgrade tvs though). Nice swimming pool, free breakfast, and wifi. The hotel is a little difficult to get to as is off one-way access road along freeway, but once you figure it out this is no problem. More

we stayed on the 3rd floor at Mainstay suites which absolutely reeked of cigarettes. our room was a "nonsmoking" room but it still smelled like an ashtray. the other floors were not too bad.
