Immediately upon check-in I know this Hilton GI was top-notch. Joey (San Diego) did a phenomenal job ok making sure my wife and I were welcomed and accomodated. The property is very well kept and the service was nothing short of professional! The room was very clean with all the necessary amenities for a business individual. Definitely an enjoyable stay.
Spent two nights at this hotel. Check in was good, rooms spacious and well appointed. Very clean. Only knock is the air conditioner was quite loud. Two others staying at this facility also commented on the noise.
All in all, I would stay here again. The help, from the front desk to the restaurant personnel were very friendly and helpful....

We stayed overnight before an early flight. The room was nice. Bed very comfortable. Shuttle to airport on time. Staff was very helpful and pleasant .

Clean and comfortable room. Exceptional service from hotel and restaurant staff. Convenient to airport and freeway, and a short drive to downtown Phoenix or Tempe. Quiet room.

I had a business stay for 8 days and had to have my room key reset 4 times. Usually in the evening. Rather annoying but not unusual for long stays.
I needed to use the business center to print out documents and no matter what I or the other guy on the computer next to me did the Hilton website...

I've stayed at several Garden Inns and this is one of the best. The rooms have high ceilings, which given them a more luxurious feeling, and are nicely decorated. The staff was great and very accommodating. The hotel is close to the airport and was convenient for my early morning departure.

Stayed here for one night because our flight arrived PHX late in the night.
I don't know if it is the best choice but sure that it is a great hotel in the area.

We picked this hotel for its convenience to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful as usual in this chain. We checked in at night, quickly prepared for bed, turned off the light and discovered a bright light glowed into the window. Upon further investigation we found we were behind some kind of pillar and couldn't see the outside....
