We checked in to the Doubletree online about 4 days before our one night stay, prior to returning to the UK after a two-week road trip arounf Arizona & New Mexico. Cost was about $99 for the night for what I would call a 'studio apartment' which consisted of a double bedroom, a lounge with a sofabed, a small kitchenette... more

Stayed here for business for two nights. Good location near airport and not far from downtown Phoenix and also easy to get to restaurants of Scotsdale at night. Before booking I checked with the downtown Phoenix hotels and they were more than double what we paid at the Doubletree. It took 10 minutes by car to get to our downtown... more

I'm very easy to please and can't recall ever making a complaint like this in the past, but Doubletree was flatly dishonest. The NO SMOKING room stunk of smoke, not a little, but a lot. When I stated this to the lady at the front desk, she looked at the computer screen, told me I was wrong, and that they... more

We recently stayed at the Doubletree Guest Suites on 2 Friday nights as we arrived in Phoenix on our way to Sedona and as we were leaving Phoenix. As reported in earlier reviews, the suite layout is very similar to Embassy Suites... living area as one enters and the bedroom in the rear with the bathroom in the middle off... more

I stayed one night because the reviews seemed so good and I noticed somewhere that the rooms had be updated in 2006. The only thing that seemed updated was the vanity in the bathroom and the beds. Also, it appeared they had added a little kitchen area with a decent size refrigerator. Other than that the furniture and decor seemed... more

We stayed here after coming in on a late flight. The bottled water and cookies were so great to get when checking in!! The room was very clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is probably the best I've ever gotten at a hotel at this price point. Overall, this is a great hotel. more

This is one of my favorite places to stay. My wife an I always stay here before and after taking a flight out of the area - or out of the country. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff is really great and very accommodating. They serve a complimentary hot and cold breakfast buffet -... more

My fiance' and I stayed at this Doubletree for two days last week. The hotel and rooms were clean, very comfortable, and good location....proximity to airport. The restaurant was good and we especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet! Overall, we had an enjoyable stay. more

We stayed here for two nights while attending the NASCAR race and exploring the Phoenix area before heading to the Grand Canyon. I used Hilton points, so the stay was free, but we still got great service. Our room was really great with a separate living room area. The hotel was arranged nicely with all the room entrances on the... more
