We went to the Ritz for Mother's Day Brunch. It has been a few years since we were there. The changes to the decor definetly added to the brightness and ambiance of the lobby and the ballroom. The food presentation was supperb and the preparation was outstanding as always. But most of all the ladies and gentlemen of the Ritz-Carlton... More

Beautiful hotel with one of the best services I've got. Spent just one night there but it was really memorable. Still dreaming of going back to Arizona and the hotel (because of the service and not the facilities) is one of my highlights of the trip!

I attended a meeting here recently. The meeting room and catering were both very well done. However, the sleeping room was sub-par for an upscale hotel. In addition to being a small and outdated room as others have mentioned, the faucet dripped, significantly enough that the housekeepers must have seen it every time they cleaned the room, yet it remained... This was my first visit to the Ritz Carlton Phoenix and this hotel doesn't compare with some other Ritz I visited in the U.S. First, the decor: rooms are really outdated, with a super small bathroom. It really felt like an old Marriott or Fairmont hotel. I order room service 3 times and although the prices are at par with... More

The overall experience of the Ritz on Camelback in Phoenix is 5 star. As some reviewers point out accurately, the rooms are dated and small, with an older style bathroom, and the pool is small. However, we felt this all was outweighed by the exemplary service provided by the front desk, door captain & staff (thanks Eddie!), and the club... More

I stay at this hotel for business whenever I'm in Phoenix, and have done so for many years. It's centrally located to my clients, and the service is top notch. That said, it does seem time for a refresh. The rooms could use a little updating, and on this trip I had a toilet that made unusual noises throughout the... More

My boyfriend and I stayed recently at the Ritz Carlton Phoenix for 3 nights. The hotel had a nice lobby and public areas and the service was consistant with other Ritz properties I've stayed in but the rooms could be better. They could use a refresh - they are a little bland and more typical of a Marriot property. We... More

I stay at this hotel once or twice a month and it is a great place to stay for the business traveler. Pay the extra charge and stay on the club level (11th floor). This level is super quiet and they have great cookies right off the elevator!

This was our first stay at the property, we had taken Saturday tea in April 2012 and were so impressed by the architecture and location. We had passed the property countless times on the way to other destinations such as the Arizona Biltmore, Donovans steak house, and Biltmore Fashion Park. The bell and valet staff were excellent, and the check... More

While traveling through the southwest with my family we stayed at the ritz in Phoenix. The hotel is fine, however the pool environment was terrible. The customers were the typical ritz demographic, but the music at the pool was terrible, 80s and 90s rock. It was driving people away. Simple things like this can spoil a trip. I won't stay... More
