This restaurant is inside the casino and probably not the main reason most people would choose to visit, but we felt it was unnoticed and wanted to say something about it. It was well past the dinner hour on a recent Sunday evening, but we were in Payson, hungry, and wanted something different than the usual fare. The Mazatazl Casino... More

We decided to come up for a weekend as a late Valentines celebration . I had recently injured my knee and am not very ambulatory at the present time so we requested room 107 which is next door to the pool and jacuzzi and across the hall from the casino which made everything close for me . They had told... More

We loved our room and we had a had a great time in the casino. We stayed in one of the patio king suites, room 309, and our only complaint about the room is that there was a total lack of privacy on the deck. Lucky for us, there was no one using the other decks next to us because... More

This was our 2nd time staying in the hotel. After the 1st trip we said we'd never go back but my Mother-in-Law wanted to go there for her birthday, so we did. The first time we were there we were playing black jack and there were a group of younger men (that were not with us) playing at the same... More

After enjoying 7 hours of playing games and the room was excellent, we went offsite celebrate my birthday and have dinner. Upon returning we were evicted by a jerk security officer when he asked if we went to a local pub. Funny how they can serve you alcohol but if you have 3 offsite and return you can't play anymore!... We needed a place to stay during my mother's funeral. When I called this hotel and told them why we were coming, they immediately reduced the price on two rooms for us. I then called my cousin and they did the same for her. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Our two grown sons shared a room with no... More

The other reviews are correct, the rates are good for a room this size. But the service is bad and the restaurant is terrible.

everyone was so friendly, from the desk clerk to the nice lady in the gift shop, to the man at the players club sign in. The room was actually two rooms with a large bath and spotlessly clean. The bed was so comfortable. Room service was fast and delicious, no skimping here, much more than we could eat and so... More

We were pleasantly...AMAZED! The hotel rates are extremely reasonable, and the accommodations are very elegant. I've stayed at more hotels than the average person for longer periods of time and most of them were certainly 4 and 5 star ( The Swissôtel, The Renaissance,Ritz Carlton, The Hilton...). I'm here to say that what you end up getting at the Mazatzal... More
