“simple room near Patgonia birding”

This is not a destination B&B, just a place to stay, a separate room and bath in a small ranch-style house with a big yard, very quiet. I think there is only the one room for rent. I called this B & B to book a reservation and the innkeeper answered and told me he only had one room available. I think he did this to get a booking because when we arrived, there was nobody else around.
