I ordered room service which was quite speedy. Not to mention that it was delicious. Gourmet all the way. Breakfast at the garden was amazing as well. The property is beautiful and the gym is always quite useful. more

Buyer beware - there are rooms in this resort which are run down and have features reminiscent of a 1980's motel and other rooms which are of a much higher standard - which explains the mixed reviews. I stayed here as a part of a work conference and received one of the motel style rooms which was nowhere near four... more

Booked this hotel through Priceline. Disappointed as this place does not live up to the 4 star rating they gave it (and the higher price we paid). Room smelled like smoke, toilet ran and ran unless handle was jiggled constantly. TV was small (no more than 25 inches), channel selection was limited, and color tube seemed to be on its... more

My family and I booked a reservation to stay at this hotel prior to and after the Fiesta Bowl 2010. We had multiple phone calls with the resort prior because there was much miscommunication among the front office staff and management. At one point, I got a call stating I had to stay three nights and pay at that moment... more

Grounds and pool were very well kept but the room was tiny and outdated. Definitely not a four star resort room, reminded me more of a motel 8 room. If I paid anything more than $50 for the room I would have been very upset and left. They also try to charge an additional $17 resort fee, luckily priceline paid... more

We were looking for some good place to stay in Phoenix which we used for 2 days as a gateway to our trips through Arizona. Initially this was not at all on my radar as the usual price was around $160 which I was not ready to shed out for a place where I will barely sleep for two nights.... more

I was pleasantly surprised at our accommodations, this is a nice hotel in a nice area. It is huge, although it is an older resort, the staff keep it clean. Rooms are close to each other and you can hear your neighbours, we could hear a phone conversation from room next to us clearly. We had the King Suite with... more

Let me start by saying we got this hotel from Priceline for under sixty dollars. That makes me feel A LOT better about the hotel. Had we paid full price I would have been much much less impressed. The Good: - the price - it was quiet when we were there, we were able to have the 'villa pool' all... more

got there, place looked nice, nice pools, rooms were fine. thought i was in for a great stay, until they started pecking at my wallet like a pack of vultures. Breakfast was 11 bucks for a continental breakfast. One day they said the "guy" didnt show up, so their was no breakfast. They pointed us towards the menu, $4 for... more

This has been one fo the most enjoyable stays I have ever had by myself. The staff is so attentive and personable. I have not had to ask for anything, they are all mind readers. more
