My wife and I had a wonderful stay over 4 nights at the Beautiful Montelucia Resort. Impeccable service, Tom, the doorman was fantastic. Every morning I came back from a run and was offered nice cold water. The grounds were beautiful. Will definitely come back again!!

Checking in this Sunday and had a few glitches with the reservation. When I called the hotel everyone I spoke to was very kind and apologetic about the confusion. I am a Platinum member so I chose this hotel because of the possible upgrade options. Some of the Intercontinentals are stingy with upgrades and that is disappointing. Stayed at the... More

Every part of the experience was excellent. Housekeepers did a perfect job but were mostly unseen. Concierge’s were helpful with off property reservations and the locations they suggested were great. All the staff were friendly at every point. Food was always good and the view is spectacular. My family would definitely stay there again.

Stayed 3 nights at the Montelucia for a work conference. I thought the resort was very nice. Our food was good all week and the rooms, at least in building 7, were extremely nice. I didn't spend any time by the pool but the staff in all the areas that we spent time was friendly and professional. The only downside... More

This resort is beautiful, with exquisite views. The service was a bit slow, but overall a great experience. The Spa was amazing. Nothing to say but this is a not to miss resort.

We have stayed at the Montelucia twice, enjoying both our visits there. The rooms are comfortable, the staff friendly, and the restaurant selections are good. The Spanish-style architecture and decor create a beautiful environment for enjoying the natural setting. The Montelucia spa is also quite nice. FYI this hotel does not have its own golf course or tennis courts. However,... More

The Montelucia is an older resort that is a Paradise Valley fixture. Rooms and suites are decorated in a heavy dark style and the exteriors purport to be Moroccan. Neither style succeeds in producing a cool atmosphere in the Scottsdale heat. Perhaps the feeling is different in fall, winter and early spring before the area really heats up. During my... More

We recently had our second stay at the Montelucia and were not as impressed the 2nd time around. The staff was still excellent, and the food is certainly above par, but there were a few negatives this time. Our biggest complaint is the atmosphere at the pool. For those of you who haven't stayed there, they have an adult pool... More

The accommodations were beautiful, elegant and so much like my own home! The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They actually made you feel that it was their pleasure to help make your stay the best it could be and went the extra mile to make you feel at home because they wanted to ....not because they'd have their... Details: The husband and I booked a Staycation weekend at Montelucia looking for some peace, sunhine and a good night at a resort restaurant/ bar that seemed to be sure to deliver. Pro's: The views from Montelucia are rivaled by few other resorts in PV. The grounds are impeccable. Check in staff were quite welcoming. Room and bath, exquisite. Private... More
