Had to use this hotel for one night because of transit. From the time of check-in to mosquito bites, bad buffet food, not able to make a simple phone call (front desk staff reacting with horrible attitude), internet problems and over pricing on rooms...everything was okay. Tanoa is a reputable hotel through out the Pacific but this disappoints.
