Location very nice, but service poor and not client oriented. We were debited with beverage that we did not take. The quality of the breakfast was inadequate to a four stars hotel, the table was not cover and nobody was helping us.

the hotel is well located and offers nice very nice rooms and special service. the restaurant offers cuisine of good/high level. definitely a hotel which we suggest, it has 4 stars, but it's more looking as a 5star one. the only thing is during our stay the spa was under repair... the staff is very attentive and caring.

Our stay was 3 nights during a tour of the Argentine Patagonia. We liked the location as it allowed us to walk around the downtown district was easily accessible to the airport, main port and for our tour buses. The wi-fi service worked for 5 minutes, very frustrating. The running water was still yellow, though we didn't notice any strange... More

Our stay was great! The hotel is cozy, beautiful, tastefully decorated ... The staff are very kind and always ready to serve. The location makes it very easy walks and shopping. Satisfaction guaranteed!!!

Well, very near the MAIN Ushuaia street. The hotel is very comfortable, modern, with very, very, very good rooms. I mean it, really! Only the breakfast was not so good, but, 3000 km down south BA, what You expect? No so many fruits ... ;-) Doesn't have great room views but, You may just go outside and enjoy ... One... More

This hotel is preaty nice with clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Our room on the third flour was quiet. Two problems disappointed, the first is the low level of the service mainly of the reception and managment, especially regarding our request for late checkout. The second and most diappointing is the lack of appropriate internet conection.

I liked this hotel, except that it had very slow/ no Internet connection and their business centre couldn't print/fax documents.
