Good place to stay when visiting Ushuaia, almost everything is within walking distance. The family gives you a warm welcome and Maria will help you with all your questions and can tell you a lot more about Argentina and the Argentinians. The B&B is clean, rooms (with shared bathroom) are good and the breakfast is abundant.

Stayed here on my last night in Ushuaia. The location was good. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Use of internet or wifi. Nice breakfast.
