I stayed here with my best friend a few months ago for two nights during our stay in El Calafate, and we cannot complain. The hotel is very well situated, location wise, because it's two blocks away from the main strip. We had all the comfort of a quiet hotel, with easy access to the main strip of restaurants and... Stayed here in mid April 2012 and loved the hotel! Upon entering the hotel you are greeted by a friendly staff and an immaculately clean property. The public areas of the hotel are huge an include game rooms, multiple sitting areas, and a small lobby bar. The hotel was slow while we were there (entire town was slow due to... More

This hotel has a lot to like:- 1. Reception staff are friendly, helpful and businesslike. 2. The hotel is a safe, flat and easy 10-15 minute walk to the town center. 3. Free wi-fi with excellent connection speeds. It can only be accessed from public areas but most "public" areas are quiet and private. 4. Rooms are clean and comfortable... More

Although the rooms are not massive they are ample well furnished nice large firm beds and very clean. Our room had lovely views of garden with the mountain range behind. The air conand heating... The staff at this hotel were very helpful in arranging a last minute trip to the glacier. Our flight out had been rescheduled to leave much earlier than planned so we had limited time to see the Perito Moreno glacier. The staff arranged a driver for us - we checked in at 3 pm and by 4 pm were on... More

Although we were only passing through El Calafate for a few hours on our way back to Buenos Aires and did not stay at the hotel our friends did and highly recommend it. And I can add that the assistance we received from Raphael at the front desk was so warm and helpful. He helped us sort out our transportation... More

The room was a bit small but clean and comfortable and had a lovely view of Lake Argentino and the surrounding mountains. There was a very nice bar area and the restaurant was good but only served breakfast. It is close to the main street in El Calafate where there are numerous cafes and restaurants. Due to the very helpful... More

This hotel is just far enough off the main drag to offer a nice quiet respite. The rooms are a good size, the service is friendly and attentive, and the breakfasts are ample and tasty. You are within walking distance of several restaurants, the bus station, banks, and travel agencies. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay here and don't hesitate... More

We recently spent several nights at the Patagonia Queen, ending a long self-guided tour of Patagonia. Great conclusion to the trip. We loved El Calafate, just entering the city with its rows of trees marked a difference from the towns and cities we had visited. Although at sea level, it was much like such mountain towns as Boone or Hot... More

We spent three nights in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff our so incredibly friendly and welcoming and the service provided is first class. The hotel is located in a lovely quiet spot and the rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean, we normally spend very little time in hotels when we travel as we prefer... More
