Very close to the main street, close to restaurants and souvenir shops and to the lake. There are about 3 laundromats in town. The front desk are very friendly, polite and attentive. They gave us our room keys even without telling them our room number, after being out during the day.

This hotel is well located within walking distance of downtown and the bus station. The breakfast was excellent and the service was outstanding. We stayed 3 nights and were dropped off there upon return while waiting for our flight. They stored our luggage and arranged transportation to the airport. Couldn't have treated us better!!

We wanted somewhere to stay in Calafate that was clean and comfortable and the Patagonai Queen fitted the bill. It is a rustic, alpine style hotel that is an easy walk to the main street and restaurants. The staff are all helpful and friendly. If visitng Calafate again I would certainly use this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel in good location for shops and restaurants. We had a nice big room also very clean. Breakfast was very good continental style, with a nice fruit salad, cereals etc.
