Check in took a good 45 mins because our guide didn't drop off our hotel voucher. We asked front staff office to call our local guide and her company a couple of times. All calls went unanswered. We spent only a few days in Bariloche, from the first night in Kenton Palace we loved the hospitality and good care of everyone. We really felt as we were at home! Our room was a Suite, gorgeous views, contemporary decor and really comfortable. I would recommend this Suite and of course the Hotel.

This hotel was surprisingly good for the price. Small but comfortable room. One big negative - the lobby is a smoking area, which was disgusting.
