This is a very nice, modern, clean hotel. Centrally located. The rooms are small but they have everything. The bathroom, which is the best way to judge a hotel, was sparkling clean and all the fixtures worked perfectly. We were there in chilly weather and the room was well heated. We even had to turn down the heat. We had...

Check in took a good 45 mins because our guide didn't drop off our hotel voucher. We asked front staff office to call our local guide and her company a couple of times. All calls went unanswered. Front office finally called hotel manager and they let us checked in and voucher and whats not can be sorted out next day...

We spent only a few days in Bariloche, from the first night in Kenton Palace we loved the hospitality and good care of everyone. We really felt as we were at home! Our room was a Suite, gorgeous views, contemporary decor and really comfortable. I would recommend this Suite and of course the Hotel.
We Stayed at the Kenton Palace for a 2 night vist to Bariloche. Hotel is nice, as well as the Staff, but it has 3 Mayor issues on its service. 1 lack of AC in rooms eclipses everything good on the rooms. the "lake view" (which is just barelly a lake view) receives sun all afternoon so rooms get pretty...

This hotel was a disappointment to say the least. So much so that we checked out 2 days early and didn't care about not getting a refund!! The service here was non-existant, especially in the bar. What was in the bar was a TV playing childrens' shows because there is a kids play room adjacent to the bar - and...

The location of the hotel is very central, other than that this is 3 star hotel, if not less. The rooms are very small, and so is the bathroom.
In our room the seat of the lavatory was borke and lookd like 20 yesrs old.
Once you make check-in, they charge you for the full stay, just to make sure...

This hotel was surprisingly good for the price. Small but comfortable room. One big negative - the lobby is a smoking area, which was disgusting.
The lobby is very attractive, but the rooms are quite small with minimal space to put your things and our room smelled like saltwater.
We had a rental car reservation at the airport which is 20 minutes away for when we departed the Kenton. Upon checkout, we were informed that all buses, taxis, and hired cars were on strike due...

The location of this hotel is excellent (despite it being incredibly difficult to cross the busy street). Rooms facing the street might be noisy (we had an interior room). It is right in the heart of the city and therefore very convenient.
The staff is pretty attentive and friendly. The spa staff is extremeley friendly. The jacuzzis are pretty small,...
