Like all the other reviewers, I have to chime in to say that this is definitely NOT a four star establishment. I have stayed in two stars that are nicer. Rugs are spotted and filthy, bathrooms are moldy, toilet seats are cracked and caulked over, heating/AC doesn't work correctly, wifi is extremely slow and cleanliness is not a priority overall.... We have spent a week during the ski season. We stayed at this hotel as part of a tour group through Patagonia. Because of this, I can't comment on the cost but the accomodations were very good. Le Chatelet is rated as 4 star hotel and is given good recommendations in guide books. It is also priced as a 4 star hotel - $117USD. It is not worth it.
