We stayed for 3 nights in Mendoza. The hotel has good breakfast, good WiFi and a good location. But it is a little bit expensive for the quality off the rooms.

Very worn down hotel. Lobby looks new but all other parts of the hotel is falling apart. We got an upgrade to a superior room. But the walls are paper thin, door hangs, bed is very bouncy and the one room has no window. No minibar. Breakfast is very basic even for Argentina. The location of the hotel is however...

If should only stay at Crillon if you're using the hotel as a night stay - other than that, try another one. The location is awesome, it's near almost everything in the city.
Everything about this hotel screams budget. Our room was basic at best with neither of the 2 phones working and only 1 lightbulb out of 3 in the ceiling light. View was of a fire-escape stairwell. Pool is actually over the road in an entirely different location. The staff were very friendly and tried really hard and the location was...

Poor value given state of the rooms and level of service. I was told one price and then charged another and the pool was never open when i was there. The pool isnt even in the hotel. Good location.

We go to Argentina every year for a stay of several weeks. Last February we went to Mendoza for a short stay from Buenos Aires.
The Hotel Crillon was reserved for us by a travel agent in BsAs..my first mistake since I always make all our arrangements.
When we arrived...

But I had the bad surprise to have a rate increase from 240 to 350 pesos between check-in and check-out. As I didn't have any written proof I was obliged to pay but I'm quite sure I didn't make a...

We stayed four days in Mendoza, and we enjoyed it very much. Hotel Crillon is a basic hotel with clean, basic rooms for a fair rate. The aspects that set this hotel apart are its friendly staff, the excellent location – just one block from the central square – and the swimming pool. It isn’t the prettiest hotel nor does...

Apart from the location, this hotel has nothing going for it! Dirty, smelly, and awful breakfast. Avoid it like the plague.
This was probabaly the worst hotel we stayed in, during our stay in Argentina! The room was disgusting, very small, and stank of old nicotine. The linen was revolting, and the pillows reeked of smoke, to the extent that sleeping was almost impossible. Language is a problem too if you are english speaking! Had the displeasure of a return stay...
