What a pretty family home where the host and hostess made you feel at home and comfortable. I swam in the refreshing pool and enjoyed the breakfast with my husband. The hostess told us about the tourist train going back to BA telling us to stop in San Isidro to see the magnificent cathedral. What a treat: another picturesque town.

I loved this place, it's so confy and it's all decorated by the owner, who is a wonderful woman who was traveled around the world and it's very friendly, it's really good located and the rooms and the house is beautiful. It's not that expensive and the breakfast is all handmade even the jam!

If you need a break from the city, don't miss Tigre! This B&B is in a wonderful old house, with bright rooms filled with art works by your hostess and a lovely back garden with a pool. Just walk down the street along the river to see all the old rowing clubs.

I stayed here for just one night in October, 2008. Alejandra, the owner, and her business partner, are wonderful hosts. The house itself is interesting. It was built by an architect, for himself to live in, in 1850. Very early in the 20th century, he sold the house to a local physician, a bachelor who lived in it and had... More

Casona La Ruchi is a lovely family run B&B in a great location next to the river and very close to the train station. We were made incredibly welcome (despite our hopeless Spanish) as soon as we walked through the door of the lovely, spacious, grand old house and this welcome was repeated by every member of the family we... The location of Casona la Ruchi is nestled right in the heart of Tigre. The train (Retiro) station and boat docks are conveniently located across the river from the B&B. If you take the Tren del la Costa it's a few blocks walking. When you first arrive at the front gate, ring the door bell. You'll be greeted with open... More
