I stayed 3 weeks for a basketball tournament with a ocean view room and was a very nice stay. Staff was excellent as is the location. This should be a perfect spot in the summer.

First, I would NEVER recommend going to Mar del Plata during January unless you love HUGE crowds. Everyone in Argentina comes there in January! The hotel is located in a tradicional palace built by the great argentinean architect Alejandro Bustillo. The hotel is in a great, wonderful building. It's an experience just visiting the bulding. Everything has a great character, eventhough, rooms are quite old fashioned, an some maitenance is needed. Location is excelent. It's totally worth it!
