We only stayed one night at the hotel as we had had to change our plans and needed to stay an extra night in BA. All was ok at the hotel but, compared to the other hotels in BA, this felt flat. Our suite was reasonably large but basic. No air con but temperature was ok. Staff's attitude was fine... More

I was robbed in the lobby of this hotel within an hour of being there - passport, wallet, credit cards, immigration VISAS, everything. My room was not ready and I closed my eyes in the lobby after my overnight flight - I had my bags between ME and the WALL, shielded with my body. When I opened my eyes, they... More

This hotel is totally overpriced, overheated, grungy and staffed by arrogant people who treat you like dirt. The elevators have lound beepers which sound everytime they passa floor and there is a loud announcement saying what floor the elevator is at and to close the doors all of which is clearly audible in the rooms. The central heating is central... More

We stayed two nights, and we loved it. We booked online and got a really good deal. When we got there, we realized we had a suite (bedroom, bathroom and an additional room with a couch and a large entrance) with really high ceilings. It was very roomy, clean and useful. We also had a safe in our room with... More

Dear Mpiecha. Thank you very much for your comments; especially about the cleaning you have found, and the very good breakfast you enjoyed. Hope to have you among our guests in the very near future. Yours sincerely, the manager. More

I was there with my mother for 4 nights and we had a great time. The location is perfect, downtown, close to all the main attractions. It's a bit noisy but what isn't downtown? The staff was kind and helpfull and the breakfast was full of Argentinian specialties, maybe not ideal for some, but for those who want to taste... More

This is adverised as an Apartment/Suites hotel but is really just a Bed and Breakfast base. It has a most unpreposeesing external appearance and old fashioned decor in the lobby, but the rooms are fully adequate with a good well serviced bathroom, and a good clean bedroom. But the rooms at the front are subject to extensive traffic noise, and... More

This hotel is great value for money. The rooms are equipped with kitchens but no pots to cook with so thats a waste of time, but who needs to cook when there are so many good restaurants nearby (try the nearby shopping mall for cheap and tasty food). The staff are cant speak any English so that makes things difficult,... More

Me and wife visited the Catalinas Suites Apart Hotel in 313 Tucuman st. Buenos Aires during our short south america trip. we stayed at the hotel for 6 days (5 nights) and the only thing that is in favour for this hotel is its location. A distance walk from Av. Florida, the obelisco, Puerto Madero and Killkenny bar. Other than... More

good things about the Catalinas Suites...wi-fi does actually work in the room (4 bars even). excellent hot water. nice beds. central location. bad things about the Catalinas...kitchenettes didn't have any cooking utensils, nor microwave. only working fridge is the empty honor bar, on the other side of the room. rain leaking into room, saturating two spots in the carpet. most... I stay 3 nights at a twin bedroom and I think it was nice. That hotel is like other hotels from the buenos aires' downtown: old buildings, small elevators, but clean. the wi-fi connection doesn't work at the first day, but at the others was fine. the breakfast was a little bit poor, but it was ok. the location during...
