Very well designed hotel, with spacious rooms, and nice service. A bit pricey, but highly recommended. Breakfast is well above standard. The location is in the best area of Buenos Aires, in the new part of Puerto Madero.

We spent 5 nights at the Hotel Madero in Buenos Aires and returned for another night before our flight home. The hotel is at the northern end of Puerto Madero, an area of Buenos Aires akin to Canary Wharf, a block off the canal which separates Puerto Madero from the rest of Buenos Aires. It is close to but not... More

Loved the rooms.. clean and very spacey.. bathroom was big and well equiped.. Felt like Hotel Madero looks out for little details to make your stay pleasant. The room had a little balcony with a nice view of Puerto Madero. I well located and there are plenty of things to do in the area. What I did not like: the... More

we had a superior room in floor 7 with a little balcony from where we ware very curious to watch the daily rush hour without hearing much noise. at night very silent, because no traffic. good check-in, good room, very good friendly staff (we both speak spanish, this might help), gourmet restaurant that would merit a michelin star. perfect breakfast... Very smart, high quality hotel with excellent staff. Good sized rooms. Excellent choice for breakfast. About 400 metres from various restaurants - we enjoyed the Estilo Campo which is just across the dock.

I was a little disappointed with the hotel, because in accordance with the reviews of the Trip Advisor the hotel is good. I found the service precarious, did not have concierge on Sunday and Monday and the reception staff were not helpful and were very arrogant. The security guards of the hotel was of such antipathy treat us in very... More

We are sorry to know that you did not feel totally comfortable. This is not the image that we want to give to our guests. We hope it has been an exceptional event since most of the compliments we receive are for the attention of our staff. We look forward to having a second chance. More

This is a boutique hotel where everything works. The term boutique is often used in smaller hotels and sometimes allows for standards to drop....because it's boutique. Not so at this hotel. It has all the benefits of a large hotel but is classy, chic and has a style not often found in large hotels. It is located away from the... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with our 1 year old. The staff is all very nice and bilingual. The hotel is filled with children but you only notice at breakfast time.
