As noted in other reviews you can´t fault the location. Really close to everything you need to see in the centre of BA. My main problem with this place was we had a room that was extremely noisy and thus detracted from our stay here. Great Location (very close to Florida, minutes from Puerto Madero). Comfortable, average breakfast (served in the tables, poor variety but good quality), very clean, good service, low telephone call rates. Good cost-benefit. more

We came back to the Prinicipado three times on our trips through South America. Nice people, clean rooms. Breakfast a bit basic but that is normal in South America. Low season rates about 50 US for double room including breakfast. It´s a four star by the way, not a two star. Recommended. more
