The staff is attentive and friendly. The hotel is situated a short walk from a shopping mall and food park. There are many pedestrian shopping areas and parks nearby. All in all, we quite enjoyed our three-day stay there. More

We stayed here on a tour. It suited it's purpose. Staff was not accommodating. If I was traveling on my own I probably would have selected a different place. More

The rooms were fine and the front desk was helpful. The location was perfect. We could walk to all the neighborhoods we wanted to visit: Recoletta, San Telmo, Palermo, etc. More

The location is great, just a couple of blocks from Florida street and many tourist atractions. Rooms are ok, everything is a bit old but it is correct and clean. Breakfast is somehow basic, but nice. A little bit overprice to my opinion. More

Standard rooms, simple breakfast. A walk away from Florida avenue and corrientes, which is perfect to walk through and do some shopping. Rooms are clean and well mantained, service is OK. Internet access from the room, although it is free (which is great), it has terrible performance. For business people, it is impossible to make skype calls, and browsing it... More

This Hotel is in a very good place, you can make several walk routes and know very nice places, Recoleta, Retiro, Museums, and see very nice old buildings, Florida street, Corrientes and of course Puerto Madero, the hotel is nice, very clean and the rooms are very confortable but nothing special, well something special here in Buenos Aires is the... The hotel is rated as 4 stars, bur honestly I thought it should be 3. When we arrived at 4p.m. there where dirty plates in front of the service elevator, and those stayed there until 9p.m when we called to complaint. There was only one blanket at the room for three people, and when we called to ask for more... More

This was my 3rd trip to Buenos Aires and by far this was the best hotel (FYI...the worst? - OMG DO NOT STAY AT THE MARRIOTT!) The place was pretty modern, rooms very clean, with a nice bar down in the lobby. Service was good and a small Irish Pub across the street. The place is very close to Puerto... More

The Amerian hotel was nice - generally clean, large, comfortable. The location was great. Breakfast was fairly good, and the staff was moderate at helping us in planning our daily activities. A plus is the presence of the three computers in the lobby, all of which are free and have access to the internet. However, we found that people often... More
