Nice hotel, with old, but lovely interior in colonial style. Very good breakfast buffet. We liked the central location at Avenida de Mayo, just a few steps from Avenida d. 9. julio. Very helpfull staff at the front desk.

The building is beautiful and in a great part of town. That being said, the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. There is a general grimy feeling throughout the building. Although we were put in a "nonsmoking" room our room smelled horrible and there were ash trays in the hall of our nonsmoking floor.

I went to Buenos Aires to spend four days. The Hotel was very nice and so was the continental breakfast. There is a restaurant/bar inside the hotel which is very convenient since downtown is not such a safe area to walk at night. The room was small, but very clean and tidy. The staff is very polite.

Right at avenida de mayo and within walkingdistance of all the touristic sights. metrostation in front of the hotel. Nice "cosy" rooms, that have all you need and nothing more. Beautiful lobby, good breakfast and friendly staff. All you need for exploring Buenos Aires!
