Basic. This is Victory Hotel. No luxury at all, but a friendly staff, a superb location in downtown and an incredible price. For the price I think its a good deal, the breakfast was Ok, the rooms where clean and had no problem with the air conditioner. Its a good place for young travelers who are going to the hotel only for a bath and a good sleep..
