I had three nights of great sleep at this beautiful hotel thanks to the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in. The staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is uniquely designed and I enjoyed having the courtyard outside my door. They also make the best cafe au lait.

Put my mother up here whilst I stayed round the corner. Re San Telmo, it's a great, great area to be in. Was going to stay in Palmero but glad I didn't as this was a much better area - character and safe. Whish that I'd stayed here but ended up sacking off breakfast at mineand taking it there each morning.... More

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. A friend and I were visiting Buenos Aires for 9 days. We arrived with only a loose itinerary. The boutique feel of the hotel was definitely a plus-- it was much more peaceful and intimate. I would also say we benefited by missing the peak season by a week or two,... More

The best hotel to stay in San Telmo. The rooms are quiet, clean and new. The breakfast is nice and served at the hotel's coffee shop. The staff was great! Thank you for a lovely time! This definitely feels like a boutique hotel.

I stayed 2 weeks at Patios in a corner room (215) on the second level. Pros - very helpful and friendly staff - really excellent fresh breakfast (fresh bread, juice, eggs if requested) - good location in San Telmo, nice relaxed atmosphere with the Sunday market at Defensa - generally good location for exploring B.S (walking distance to Puerto Madero,... We stayed there, by acident. But it was very nice coincidence. Nice room with air condition was small, but clean and comfortable. Nice patios and swimming pool on the roof. Breakfast was the best in Argentina :) Hotel is well located in San telmo district. Stuff is very helpful and pleasant welcome. WiFi works superb.

We stayed here before our trip to Brazil and then returned. I can honestly say it was like coming home. We met several other tourists who had come back and I think they'd say the same. This is a clean and comfortable hotel, with interesting artifacts dotted everywhere, good and free wifi, a pool, places to sit and unwind... The... More

We stayed here for one night after a long long flight. They upgraded our room after we found the air condition not working so good. Breakfast is great. Shower in the superior room was enormuse! The only fault is the location- we liked other neighborhoods... Would come back again!

Very nice room (for BA standards), boutique-like, close to everything one needs to see in San Telmo, outstanding local restaurants in walking distance and very helpful staff Very pleasant welcome and even a Marco Polo guide was offered for use during our stay - little things make a difference! Breakfast served in the in-house deli and offers good selection and... More

Couldn't have wanted more - well located just on the edge of San Telmo district - lovely tranquil boutique-style hotel but at an affordable price including a good breakfast. The staff are amazing - nothing is too much trouble always with a smile!!! We highly recommend it to all and would love to return some day.
