New, clean and modern hotel, located in Belgrano. A bit far from major tourist attractions, but in a very nice neighborhood and close to major bus lines and subway stations.
Very friendly staff.
Huge, clean and very comfortable rooms, with a minibar and a cooktop in case you decide to eat in.

My daughter and I stayed here in February 2012 and really enjoyed the helpful and welcoming atmosphere of this apart-hotel. A great location in Belgrano (neither city centre nor suburbs - but perfect barrion in between) near every required amenity, from food, to shops, to parks and markets, from buses to underground... Lovely modern building with balconies and a pool...

My husband and I recently stayed here in October 2011. The hotel had only been open for 3 weeks and although they were still very new they certainly made our stay very comfortable.
The breakfast was included and at that stage just pastries, bread, juice etc but they did say they were intending to be serving a bigger breakfast once...
