Had booked this through Expedia for a group of 4 (the site had indicated one queen bed OR two singles so I was worried), but on arrival, got a room with one Queen AND two singles, so it was good. The front desk was helpful and the included breakfast was a bonus. The rate was advertised as 'Tango special' but... More

We had this as a part of long trip, four nights before leaving Ushuaia. We arrived around 10 am and couldn't get room since check-in is only at 3 pm which we knew. The problem was that instead of putting our luggage into a safe room, they had them in the lobby corner! A sort of rope was put through... More

got this room on hotwire...good location if you want to frequent san telmo. Easily the worst service you will get in BA. The front desk is not helpful and the wifi is horrible! The rooms were clean and a bit sterile looking...There are no good views...just at the breakfast room. The gym is not a gym...three machines does not justify... More

Noisy in the mornings - the staff walking by the corridors with their walk talkies beeping and screaming before 8am. Nights- the black out curtains are not efficient (shorter than windows). Breakfast - the poorest breakfast ever, not even cheese can be found there. Despite they are annoucing there is a swimming pool there, there is no swimming pool at... More

I don't know if I booked it and didn't realise, or got a free upgrade, but i had a room on the 10th floor which was huge - Sofa, coffee table, big comfy bed and the best bit, 2 complete walls of floor to ceiling windows with views over Buenos Aires - I just wish I'd stayed for more than... More

The staff is friendly (special kudos for Juan, Patricio, and Diego for their helpfulness) and solved our request with readiness. Buenos Aires in January is incredibly hot and our A/C was broken,, but upon request it was fixed the same day. The location is good. Puerto Madero is 2 blocks on one direction and the "Microcentro" (the central square where... More

Probably they have better rooms, but we did have that luck. Our room was a little bit small. No hair drier and the outlet is that funny 3 pins common in Argentina. No adaptors available at the hotel. The location is pretty good and in a save neighbour. On the night we arrived, we walked 3 blocks only to find... More

Unique Hotel Madero is in an excellent location in San Telmo, very close to many attractions, one of them being the port and the Puente de la Mujer. It has a wonderful lobby that is decorated all in white, and for Christmas they had a lovely tree. There is a sitting area also, and a computer where you can check... More

Loved the location of this hotel, close to San Telmo. Calle Chile has a lot of bars and restaurants, so very convenient. Rooms were small, ours also has several large columns in it, taking up quite a lot of space. Bed was reasonably comfortable, a little on the hard side. No sound proofing in this hotel, very noisy, especially vacuuming... More

This is a reasonably located hotel between San Telmo and Puerto Madero where many good restaurants can be found. The location is therefore reasonable although there are very noisy avenues close to the hotel. However, in few countries would this hotel be considered to be a 4-star establishment. The door to our room had minimal insulation capacity, hence one would... More
