They promised us a room that they could not give us at check in, we got a noise room facing the internal garden or bar, very loud during the night. Bathroom was not perfectly clean small details were missing.

Having spent two weeks here in two parts, five and then nine days (before and after a cruise), we could not have found a better choice. The hotel is located in the heart of Palermo, easily accessible by metro (subte) just 8 blocks away and by several buses. There are a number of restaurants and shops nearby including the famous... Deciding to spend three days in BA in January, 2013, prior to saling on a cruise to Antarctica, my wife and I booked this hotel over the internet based on what we read on Tripadvisor. Hotel was in a great location, a lovely bohemian/residental area just down from embassey row and near a terrific street market and a plethora of... More

We prefer staying in small boutique hotels where there is a laid back atmosphere but you need to get it right. The staff, when you could find them, were friendly but everything was sloppy and there seemed to be a kind of indifference. An example was breakfast where you had to go and search for staff to ask for coffee,... More

If I come back to buenos aires, I definitely stay at this hotel again. Junction where this hotel is located is the best place in Palermo soho in buenos aires. It is a must-stay hotel. Especially compared to other places we stayed at the same street, great value, hotel personnel are very helpfull.

We stayed at Palermitano for our last two nights in Argentina. The hotel is very central and close to everything in Palermo Soho. The décor is very nice, clean, and modern. We got a standard room which was on the 2nd floor and overlooked the restaurant. I had requested a quiet room and was a bit concerned as I read... More

This hotel is situated in the heart of Palermo, close to the very animated Plazoleta Julio Cortaza and the unmissable restaurant Cabrera (which we missed for failing to book a table a month in advance...). However, beside the nice location and the nice roof top pool, this hotel doesnt really stands out.

We stayed over in Palermitano after several good experiences by friends. And they were right! Very friendly and helpful staff, beutifully designed rooms, good breakfast and restaurant in a very nice setting. On the roof of the hotel is a small swimming pool where you can relax after a day of visiting Buenos Aires or a night of partying. On... More

I tried to call to arrange an airport pick up with the hotel and the lady who answered just kept telling me there were taxis outside the airport as if I didn't know, which didn't make for a great start. The rooms were nice. I found the room and hotel to be more concept than substance with regards to decor... More

A bit tardy, we stayed here in September 2011. Booked online from Australia a Superior room, with all our luggage it was a squeeze to move around the room. It was a great location for walking to places. The staff were great, breakfast and dinner at the hotel was layed back. We checked out in the middle of the night,... More
