we were 4 adults staying in a room with 2 double beds and 1 single the room also has a small kiitchenete (with a mini-fridge, stove, sink and some crockery & cutlery). After reading the mixed reviews I was a bit concerned that we might have made a mistake but we were pleasently surprised. Positives; in a very convenient location... More

For a hotel that advertises mini-kitchens in its rooms, it seems a little ridiculous that they seal the mini-fridge and tell you that if you break the seal, they will "assume" you have consumed one of their over-priced beverages. And apparently guests are not allowed to store their own items in the fridge. I stayed here over New Years Eve,... More

We stayed with our two kids and found the rooms big enough and the staff helpful enough. The location is fine, close to the subway and a few sights. Breakfast was adequate, and they looked after our bags while we nt north for a few days. I'd stay there again More

very good hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires. Just make sure you get a room to the back in the main hotel building, not the new part on the back. Rooms are very big and comfortable. Breakfast very good. Staff helpfull and friendly. I will go back More

We arrived and were put into room 106 which was right on an unbearably noisy road where traffic started and stopped so the noise was not at a constant level and varied between noisy and ultra noisy. The curtains in the room did not close, the furniture was old, there were only 4 coat hangers, there was no safe altho... More

I'm a travel agent from Toronto, Canada. I stayed at this hotel in February this year with my husband and adult daughter. It's taken me time to write a review but I think I owe it to future passengers. I had read reviews about the hotel including one from a travel agent from New Zealand and I decided to stay... More

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and i can say the value is excellent! The hotel is quite new and the rooms are so big and comfortables! I enjoyed it too much! The Congreso is very near and you can go to de Mayo Avenue by foot easily. The only thing I didn't like was the wifi internet,... More

The Apart Hotel Congreso is located just around the corner from the Argentine National Congress. There are subway stations closeby and lots of convenient and inexpensive dining choices within a block. The large rooms have kitchenettes and dining tables....they really are like efficiency apartments. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff helped us with a number of... More

An average hotel. Stayed for four nights. The hotel photos looks much better than it is . Check out time is 10.00 am which is way too early. Other hotels usually at 12.00 noon. No electric kettle nor complimentary coffee or tea sachets in the room. Breakfast is a cold breakfast. Only a small bread toaster to toast bread .... More

Our travel company, gotmyfare.com went bankrupt while we were traveling and they had not paid this hotel for our stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly with this problem, they could have dumped us on the street, but helped us contact the local tour company to figure out what we should do. We worked it out and stayed for... More
