I visited Crystal family with my mother and we were absolutely satisfied with services. We stayed unfortunatelly just for two days (not in main season), but everything here was perfect - food, spacious rooms, friendly stuff.

Very average hotel and not so much impressed with facilities. Entering hotel room bathroom and discovering painted bathing-tub with pealing off paint.....disappointing first impression.
