Satayed here for second time, but what a difference in two years. This hotel was great in 2010, but not now. Very poor service. Room service charge added. Staff not at all helpful. Bar staff so slow, twenty minutes to serve orders at the pool and terraces. Would not recommend or stay here again.

We spend a fortnight at the Xanadu in September. The resort is really clean and well maintained. The rooms are not large, but were always cleaned and mini-bar restocked.
