First the minuses - cleaning was slightly sporadic, bathroom was a bit dated and air conditioning didnt work during night so you could wake up quite uncomfortable. A quiet place to relax and enjoy sun, beach and pool. There is no disco at night and you are able to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere especially when you are travelling with children. Great night animation shows! more

This was an expensive vacation, but very cheep experience. I have so many complaints, I don’t know where to start from. We were the only English speaking guests over a two week stay, which impeded our enjoyment. We had stayed there 6yrs before and enjoyed it then.....the whole ethos had changed for the worse. Staff in general were unhelpful and unfriendly. Food was good. more

The food standard is about the level of 5$ all you can eat buffet. The staff are off hand and seem to run the hotel for themselves rather than the guests.With 100 seats in the al a carte there is never going be space for all to sample this feature.
