The Wild Mushroom Boutique Hotel offers 5-star Stellenbosch accommodation in a gorgeous olive grove and vineyard setting. The entire hotel screams luxury, yet the stuff remain warm and gracious. The Wild Mushroom is definitely at the top of my list of the best Stellenbosch accommodation. Everything about this hotel is fascinating - from the cellars where they cultivate the mushrooms, to the plush decor in the suites. The close proximity to the Spier wine estate is also a huge bonus!
