rooms are clean,and by Canal Walk(nice view).In office park,feels like you're staying at the office.Why such a poor rating?They've advertise on their website wifi,for at least 4 months.They don't have it at all for public.Who doesn't have wifi nowadays?No business center,i.e. fax/scanner.Makes life more difficult.Plugging in iron caused the whole room to lose electricity.No maintenance man in whole building!No problem,nice... Loved the location of the hotel and loved the fact that it is so close to the Canal Walk Mall. Shopping anytime u want :) The apartments were comfortable and very nice. Would love to stay again :)

The hotel in general is okay for the business traveler, however small things infuriates me every time. Breakfast frequently starts twenty minutes late, which impacts my already busy schedule - and then the food and service is of poor quality. PS - do not bother with their 'pro-card' loyalty scheme (or scam) - as you have to pay for it... More

Very good 4star property - value for money!Has all thats needed, shops and entertainment within walking distance.Near N2 highway to take one into town or out towards Stellenbosch.Hotel more for business or short stay not for holiday makers( too far from sea,no views etc)
