We booked here for 2 nights, beginning Christmas Eve. But on Christmas Eve itself they decided they were full, even though I had booked and given my credit card details in October, and bumped us off.

The rooms and bathrooms were so clean. very good place to have a relax time because the lodge have been located out of Knysna city (Just 7 km drive) and very calm and silent .it has a significant view on lagoon. before arrival it is better to inform them of your arrival time.

This is not a plush or luxurious place to stay but it is clean, neat with a great position and a very comfortable bed. Very spacious family room and kitchen. Clean carpeted troughout and neatly tiled bathrooms. Linen and pillows very clean and new. Quiet and peacefull environment close to Knysna centre and other towns. Not much to do for small children.
