“Spare yourself a huge disappointment and book anywhere else.”

The hotel is nothing like there brosjure, it must be outdated by at least a couple of years, and there current managers running the hotel must go back to hotel school. Luckily there are lots of well managed guest houses and hotels in Knysna to choose from, and the value are far garter than what you will ever find at... More

Rooms ok. Bathrooms were clean. We stayed twice (two seperate times) There is no staff around after 7pm. Bar is closed. no food. you have to get a taxi or drive to get something to eat. It was dark and a security guard had to show us to our rooms by torch light. The pool was dirty first time round,... More

The pictures do not give a true guide to this hotel! The pool was dirty and unusable. Two horrible tanks of dirty water were visible from the poolside.
